Fri, Mar 25, 2011: Is Parliament Broken?

A talk by Peter Russell,
Emeritus Professor of Political Science, University of Toronto

FRIDAY, MARCH 25, 4-6 PM
ROOM 144, UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (15 KING’S COLLEGE CIRCLE), TORONTO

General Meeting of Science for Peace, to which the public is cordially welcome

Professor Russell is a leading expert on the Canadian Government, especially constitutional matters. The talk is extremely timely, scheduled during the week when the budget is to be presented. It may be rejected by opposition parties, thus launching a new federal election. Professor Russell is especially interested in the prospect of a coalition government in Canada.
