Science for Peace invites you and your friends to a dinner

“Peacebuilding Work with Angry Youths in Chechnya”

7 pm, Friday, 6 July, 2012
Hot House Cafe,
35 Church Street (at Front), Toronto

Our speaker will be Andre Kamenshikov, Leader of Nonviolence International in Russia:

Andre, well-known to several of us, has long done peacebuilding work, especially with young Muslim males, in Russia’s north Caucasus (Chechnya and Dagestan). After dinner he will tell us about current ethnic conflicts in Russia and Nonviolence International’s projects that are addressing them.

Dinner $30 inclusive. Cash bar. Pay at dining room.

If you are a Science for Peace member and want to attend but cannot afford to do so, speak to a member of the executive committee and we will try to help out.

Please RSVP to me by email before 5 July so the restaurant can arrange a suitable room for us. Parking under the building.
